Description

The North Karelia Welfare Region will make a direct procurement of the client-specific foster care needed for child protection in family and social services from Ravanikod, Sospro Oy, for the contract period 25.9.2025 - 12.6.2028. Among the foster care places selected through the dynamic purchasing system (492908 / Child Welfare Purchasing Services Procurement System), there is no free foster care place that meets the child's needs. A contracting entity may make direct procurement in individual cases in social and health service procurements in accordance with Chapter 12, Section 110 of the Procurement Act if it would be manifestly unreasonable and particularly inappropriate to organise a tendering procedure in order to secure a care and customer relationship that is significant for the child.
