1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest kompleksowe sprzątanie i:1) utrzymanie czystości i porządku w częściach wspólnych budynków (m. in. klatki schodowe, korytarze, piwnice, suszarnie, strychy, rowerownie);2) utrzymanie czystości i porządku terenów zewnętrznych (tereny utwardzone i zielone m. in. chodniki, drogi wewnętrzne, trawniki, klomby, rabaty, place zabaw, miejsca pod koszami na śmieci, urządzenia małej architektury) łącznie z pielęgnacją (przycinanie, odchwaszczanie, podlewanie) zieleni oraz odśnieżaniem w okresie zimowym i wystawianiem koszy na śmieci we wskazanych nieruchomościach;3) koszenie trawników wraz z wywozem i utylizacją powstałych odpadów (zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa);4) doraźne sprzątanie nieruchomości, w tym pielęgnacja zieleni lub dodatkowe koszenia trawy; w nieruchomościach zlokalizowanych na terenie Miasta Katowice i zarządzanych przez Komunalny Zakład Gospodarki Mieszkaniowej w Katowicach, dla powierzchni wskazanych dla każdej części oddzielnie. 2.
