The subject of the contract is the execution of preparatory, construction, assembly and other necessary activities leading to the implementation of the investment entitled: “Construction of the sanitary sewerage network in the Chocianów – Północ Commune” according to the developed project documentation. As part of the project, the contractor is obliged to perform the following tasks: Task 1: Construction of a sewerage system in Pogorzeliska Task 2: Construction of a pressure sewerage network from Pogorzelisk to Chocianów Task 3: The detailed scope of the planned works is included in the description of the subject of the contract: the design documentation and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of the construction works set out in Annex 7 to this SWZ and the draft provisions of the contract set out in Annex 8 to this SWZ. Measurements of works attached to the SWZ should be treated as supporting documents, tenders should be estimated on the basis of design documentation and provisions of the draft provisions of the contract.
