1. Successive supply of reagents and consumables for histopathology and for the determination of thiamine for the Maria Skłodowska-Curie National Oncology Institute - National Research Institute, Gliwice Branch 2. The contracting authority allows partial tenders, the subject of the contract is divided into 7 separate tasks, including: 1) Task 1: LOGOS 2 Hybrid Tissue Processor Reagents Task 2: consumables in histopathology 3) Task No. 3 reagents used in histopathology 4) Task No. 4 reagents other 5) Task No. 5 histological inks-dyes for tissues 6) Task No. 6 consumable accessories for the tissueTek Sakura dye-covering machine 7) Task No. 7 reagents and consumables for the determination of thiamine concentration 3. The description of the subject of the contract and the conditions for the performance of the contract are contained in the annexes: 3.1. Price specification – Annex 2.1-2.7 to SWZ 3.2. Required parameters – Task 7 – Annex 2.8 to the EMS 3.3. Draft provisions of the agreement to be inserted in the content of the agreement – Annex 4 to the FTZ. 4. The contracting authority allows for the possibility of submitting equivalent tenders - the description of equivalence is contained in Chapter IV of the FTZ. 5. The contracting authority does not provide for electronic auctions or supplementary contracts. 6. Information on the contractors’ joint procurement is included in Chapter IX of the FTZ. 7. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of changes to the provisions of the concluded contract (the so-called contractual changes based on Art. 1 point 1 of the Act) in relation to the content of the tender on the basis of which the Contractor was selected, in accordance with the conditions contained in Annex 4 to the FTZ. The agreement may also be amended in the cases referred to in Art. 1 pts. 2-4 and sec. 2 of the PPL Act. 8. The information clause resulting from Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, was included by the Contracting Authority in the FTZ. 9. The deadline for binding the offer is: 90 days. The time limit for binding a tender shall begin to run on the expiry of the time limit for the submission of tenders. This day is the first day of the deadline for binding the offer. This means that the deadline for binding the offer expires on 08.12.2026. 10. Details of the present proceedings are set out in the FTZ.
