Description

Marché ordinaire d'acquisition d'un logiciel de gestion du patrimoine immobilier en groupement de commandes pour les universités de Rennes 1 et Rennes 2.
— marché en lot unique;
— fonctionnalités attendues détaillées au CCTP;
— 6 prestations supplémentaires éventuelles à réponse facultative suivant les prestations attendues suivantes:
1. Référentiel patrimonial: PSE 1.1: Gestion des clefs / pse 1.2: Suivi des risques / pse 1.3: Application mobile.
2. Gestion de la maintenance: PSE 2.1: Suivi des contrats / pse 2.2: Application mobile.
3. Prestations attendues: PSE 3.1: Reprise de l'existant.
— le marché intègre également la maintenance annuelle de l'outil proposé;
— les candidats sont informés qu'il devront remettre obligatoirement leur offre sous forme électronique contenant les " justificatifs " de candidature et la proposition technique et financière. Les modalités de présentation des offres ainsi que les conditions de leur transmission électronique sont décrites au Règlement de Consultation mis à disposition des candidats.
