The subject of the contract is the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system and the award of individual contracts within the announced DNS for the subject of the contract entitled: ‘Cultural activity at the Slovak Paradise National Park Administration’. Forestry services for the purposes of this tender are a set of works, including cleaning the areas from the residues after harvesting, preparing the land for reforestation, reforestation by planting or sowing, subsequent care of young forest stands by their protection against weeds, game and their upbringing by thinning and removing selected trees from the stand for the purpose of their quality and stability. This basic care is complemented by work in forest protection, aimed at prevention and direct defence against harmful agents, work on the removal of invasive herbs and trees, other cultivation work. It is a professional activity aimed at sustainable management and close-to-nature management of forests in such a way and to such an extent as to preserve their biological diversity, resilience, production and restoration capacity, longevity and ability to fulfil the productive, social and ecological functions of forests.
