Procurement of a Corporate Electronic Document Management System (CEDMS) - T035/23
The overall objectives of the project are as follows: 1. procurement of an electronic document repository and workflow management solution that will be used by Government to replace its paper Public Service File 2. implementation of two pilots to demonstrate the applicability of solution. The solution requires to scale to other sites to eventually completely replace the paper Public Service File. Once the contract is signed, the supplier will have to setup and configure the system and perform the necessary testing to achieve the expected User Acceptance Testing (UAT). A Pilot implementation will be carried out in two pre-selected Registries. The contract also provides for maintenance and support for a period of 9 years from System Go-Live, and for a number of hours which will be utilised on a pay-per-use basis to provide ongoing consultancy, enhancements, support and provide training as applicable.
