The subject of the contract is the project management assistance mission for the acquisition of key equipment of the technological platform, as well as the utilities and all the support structures necessary for their proper use. The detailed description of the tasks is set out in the Specific Technical Specifications (C.C.T.P). The National Institute of Applied Sciences of Toulouse is a public institution of a cultural and professional scientific nature attached to the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation. Located on a 2.4-hectare campus, INSA Toulouse, open since 1963, is an engineering school welcoming more than 3,200 students on campus and graduating about 580 students per year. The establishment operates 22 buildings with an area of more than 75,000 square meters. The project is part of the implementation of a new technological platform on the INSA site in Toulouse. This platform includes a building (B44) whose construction will begin in the second quarter of 2025. The building on 4 levels is designed to accommodate on a floor area of 990 square meters: - in the CPR: a pilot hall and associated laboratories and technical areas - at R+1: a mezzanine associated with the hall - At R+2: offices dedicated to CRITT Bio - industries and offices and laboratories dedicated to the reception of companies / start-ups hosted within INSA - At R+3: offices and laboratories dedicated to the reception of companies / start-ups The platform will be used by the Critt Bio - industries to allow the development of processes on a pre-industrial scale (TRL 6 to 8) and complete the scaling process offer currently proposed. This modular and scalable laboratory will allow teams to: - Test and qualify processes - Carry out industrial pre-dimentionment studies and, - Produce demonstration lots The equipment will be installed in building B44, within the demonstration and scale-up hall of the Critt Bio - industries. Since the equipment is located in a higher education and research institution, they must offer sufficiently complete and autonomous levels of instrumentation to meet the challenges of the research teaching projects that will be carried out there.
