I. The subject of the public procurement is the supply of food products for the needs of DG "Ralitsa", Plovdiv. Lot 4 ‘Supply of bread’ with an estimated value: BGN 30 300.00 excluding VAT and BGN 30 300.00 including VAT; and 2. Lot No 5 ‘Supply of canned fruit and vegetables, packaged foodstuffs and pulses’ with an estimated value: BGN 35 962.78 excluding VAT and BGN 42 900.94 including VAT; according to the procedure valid for the individual estimated value of the lots - Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act. The total estimated value of the said lots No 4 and No 5 does not exceed 20 per cent of the total estimated value of the entire public contract, excluding VAT, and therefore they will be awarded in accordance with the procedure valid for their individual estimated value of each of them – Article 20(4)(3) of the Public Procurement Act. The subject of the public procurement under the separate lots also includes supplies of organic food products from the relevant product group, which should be produced in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on organic production and labelling of organic products and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 (OJ L 150 of 14.6.2018) (Regulation (EU) 2018/848) and Regulation No 5 of 2018 on the application of the rules on organic production, labelling and control and on the issuance of an authorisation for control activity for compliance with the rules on organic production, as well as for subsequent official supervision of control bodies (SG No 75/2018). III. The contracts under the respective lots to be concluded in this open procurement procedure are as follows: For Lot 1 ‘Supply of milk and milk-based foodstuffs’; For Lot 2 ‘Supply of meat and meat food products, fish and eggs’; For Lot 3 ‘Supply of fresh fruit and vegetables’; will be concluded with a term of validity until 27.02.2027.
