The object of the procurement is the Property Owner's Maintenance Information System and its support and maintenance services, as well as services related to information management, as specified in the invitation to tender and its appendices. The scope of the system means at least the following sections * building and equipment information and necessary libraries * task calendar / management of fixed-term tasks * maintenance diary * documentation * service requests * bulletin board / bulletins * contract, party and contact information * property inspections * planning, implementation and histories * consumption monitoring of property life cycle repairs and maintenance The content of the services consists of, among other things, * operating support and training * system development tasks * integration services * user management * energy data quality assurance service * maintenance and support services related to the management of the information contained in the system The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in the invitation to tender and its appendices, in particular in Annex 1 "Description of the subject of the procurement" and Annex 2 "Requirements". The contract is valid for a fixed period of two (2) years from the date on which the system has been delivered in its entirety to the Customer and the Customer has accepted the system in question (fixed contract period).
