Předmětem veřejné zakázky je poskytování záručního a pozáručního servisu, dalších servisních úkonů a služeb na vozidlech tovární značky Hyundai (dále jen „předmět plnění“) ve prospěch Městské policie hl. m. Prahy (dále jen „MP HMP“) na dobu 4 let. Předmět plnění zahrnuje i veškeré náklady na dopravu (mimo dopravy na STK a odtahů, jenž je řešena samostatnou položkou uvedenou v Příloze č. 1 Dohody - ceník) spojených s poskytováním předmětu plnění.
