Description

Rahmenvertrag zur Beschaffung von Sammelbehältern für die Bio- und Restabfallabfuhr im Landkreis Neumarkt in der Oberpfalz Der Landkreis Neumarkt in der Oberpfalz betreibt in seinem Landkreisgebiet in Erfüllung seiner gesetzlichen Entsorgungsaufgaben ein flächendeckendes System zur Erfassung von Bioabfall (ab 2026) und Restabfall über ein Holsystem und schreibt die Beschaffung der Sammelbehälter für die Bio- und Restabfallsammlung als Rahmenvertrag mit Leistungsbeginn ab dem 01.04.2026 für zunächst drei Jahre europaweit aus. Bei Nichtkündigung des Vertrages verlängert er sich um 12 Monate, soweit er nicht 12 Monate vorher gekündigt wird.
