Daginstitutionsbyggeri i Totalentreprise: Udbud med forhandling vedr. Totalentreprise af den nye daginstitution: Børnehuset Molestien. Entreprisen omfatter projektering og opførelse af en ny daginstitution i det nye bykvarter på Molestien 3, 2450 København SV. Børnehuset Molestien har et bruttoetageareal på ca. 1.600 m² fordelt på 2 etager. Institutionen skal indrettes med 4 vuggestuegrupper og 3 børnehavegrupper. Byggeriet skal udføres som et træbyggeri, hvor de primære konstruktioner er i træ. Udearealet til institutionen skal udelukkende være på terræn. Der foreligger et godkendt byggeprogram, der danner grundlag for nærværende totalentrepriseudbud. De udbudte faser er dispositionsforslag, projektforslag, myndighedsprojekt, udførelsesprojekt, aflevering og 1-års gennemgang.
