The subject of the contract is: supply, including installation, training and provision of technical support, of equipment for the workstation for the preparation of electron microscopy preparations (Stage II) (hereinafter: equipment/device/object of the order) The order was divided into two parts: Part 1 and Part 2 The subject-matter of the contract in Part 1 of the procedure includes the following equipment: 1) a device for high-pressure freezing of samples, 2) ultramicrotoms for obtaining thin scraps, 3) a device for drying preparations at the critical point, 4) a device for vitrification, 5) a set of two binoculars, 6) a glass knife breaker, 7) a CO2 incubator, 8) a laboratory dryer, 9) a stirrer for microscopic preparation A detailed description of the parameters of the subject of the contract - a description of the minimum functional and technical requirements expected from the offered devices (required and unrequired parameters), is included in column B of the Table of Annex No. 2.1 to the SWZ- Parameters. The subject-matter of the contract in Part 2 of the procedure includes the following equipment: high-vacuum sprayer for precise application of layers. A detailed description of the parameters of the subject of the contract - a description of the minimum functional and technical requirements expected from the offered device (required and non-due parameters), is contained in column B of the Table of Annex 2.2 to the SWZ- Parameters. Information on the consultations carried out is available on the Contracting Authority’s website – https://nencki.edu.pl/en/enquirie/globalisation-about-intention-to-carry-out-preliminary-market-consultations-on-supply-with-installation-training-and-provision-technical-support-equipment-positions-for-preparation-pre/ 2) The Contracting Authority shall take the following measures to ensure that the participation of economic operators participating in preliminary market consultations does not distort competition, in particular by providing information to the other economic operators in the CV: Relevant information provided to the Contractors during the market consultation, i.e.: a) information on the parameters of the equipment of the station for the preparation of preparations; the time limit offered for performance of the contract – the number of days from the date of conclusion of the contract; c) the offered length of the warranty with information on the principles of providing the warranty service; the estimated price (covering all elements of the contract, i.e.: delivery, installation, performance tests, user training, warranty service during the warranty period); e) determining whether or not the division of this contract into lots is justified.
