The subject of the contract is the supply of ICT equipment and a pharmacotherapy management system as part of an investment task called: "Establishment of the Clinical Research Support Centre at the Specialist Hospital in Brzozów Podkarpackie Oncology Centre", including: Part 1- Pharmacotherapy management system Part 2- Computer equipment Part 3- ICT equipment. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex 1 to the FTZ. The list of required subjective and subjective documents is set out in the tender specifications. The evidence in question must be supplemented. The procedure referred to in Article 139 para. 1 of the PPL Act.
