Im Rahmen des VgV-Verfahrens soll ein Ingenieurbüro für die Tragwerksplanung zur Entwicklung des Schulstandorts Schickhardt GMS Außenstelle Heusteigstr. ermittelt werden. Die Entwicklung setzt sich zusammen aus der Modernisierung u. Umbau des denkmalgesch. Schulgebäudes, eines Neubaus mit Mensa, Turnhalle u. naturwissenschaftl. Unterrichtsräumen, zwei Hausmeisterwhg. und der Neugestaltung der Freianlagen.
