Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je zpracování projektové dokumentace na vydání územního a stavebního povolení a realizaci akce „Regenerace sídliště Zábřeh – VI. etapa – Zábřeh vodárna“. Cílem je vytvoření nových parkovacích ploch, nových funkčních komunikačních tras a rekonstrukce těch stávajících. Dále je požadováno zrušení nefunkční zeleně a vytvoření izolační zeleně podél ul. Výškovická a železniční trati, doplnění aktivit, mobiliáře a zlepšení kvality osvětlení. Součástí zadávací dokumentace je studie zpracovaná firmou Atelier 38 s.r.o., IČO: 25858343, Porážková 20, 702 00 Ostrava. Zadavatel upozorňuje, že oproti zpracované studii je předmětem zadání pouze zájmové území označené ve studii jako I. část.
