1. Execution of the lighting service in accordance with the applicable regulations and recommendations and guidelines of the Ordering Party. 2. Lighting devices used in the performance of this contract shall be understood as lighting switchboards, cable and overhead lighting lines, poles and luminaires. 3. The term lighting service shall be understood as providing lighting to public places, in particular streets, squares and roads located in the administrative area of the Ordering Party by means of devices constituting the property of the Contractor. 4. In order to perform the Contract, the Contractor undertakes to use all lighting devices included in Annex 1, which are his property, to purchase, as a final customer within the meaning of the Energy Law, electricity in the amount necessary for lighting purposes, to incur expenditures related to the maintenance of lighting devices, to carry out traffic, operation, maintenance and repairs.
