Description

The main aim of the contract is to procure a turnkey contractor for the construction of Lillesand secondary school (LUS), construction stage 2 and a new gymnastics hall. After the competition there will be an interaction phase for the detailed engineering design services before the actual construction work starts. LUS construction stage 2 and the new gymnastics hall will consist of the development of an existing school with 2 parallel classes, an alterations to areas in the existing school. Furthermore, a freestanding new gymnastics hall with a shooting range in the basement is also to be constructed.
A draft project phase has been carried out, with the room and function programme being a guideline that is to be used as the basis for further work on detailed planning for the school and gymnastics hall.
