Einführung eines Fallwagenkonzeptes am Universitätsklinikum Heidelberg. Die Hauptleistung der Einführung eines Fallwagenkonzeptes ist in folgende drei Module aufgeteilt: - Planung und Entwicklung (= Modul 1) - Einführung und Umsetzung (= Modul 2) - kontinuierliche Begleitung und Verbesserung (= Modul 3). Als Fallwagen/Fallwagenversorgung wird ein fahrbarer Wagen zur kombinierten Aufnahme von Sterilgut und med. Verbrauchsmaterial mit einer konkreten OP-/Eingriffs-Zuordnung definiert.
