2.1.3 The subject of this Concession Document is the award of a Public Service Concession Contract for the Provision of Passenger and Vehicle Ferry Services in Malta and Gozo. The Preferred Tenderer shall be required to provide both the Conventional Ferry Services and the Fast Ferry Services. Any tenderer which submits a proposal for only the Conventional Ferry Services or the Fast Ferry Services shall be disqualified.
