Open Community tendering procedure, launched by ENAV pursuant to Article 155 of Legislative Decree No 36/2023 and divided into 4 separate product lots each with a specific framework agreement for the modernisation of company radio assistance systems. With reference to the company's radio assistance systems being supplied, we would point out that: [1] Lot 1 concerns a Framework Agreement through which the following will be acquired: the provision of ILS systems; (ii) the possible execution of the related technical/engineering support services; (iii) the possible completion of the related ten-year service and supply chain service; [2] Lot 2 concerns a Framework Agreement through which the following will be acquired: the provision of DVOR systems; (ii) the possible execution of the related technical/engineering support services; (iii) the possible completion of the related ten-year service and supply chain service; [3] Lot 3 concerns a Framework Agreement through which the following will be acquired: the provision of DME systems; (ii) the possible execution of the related technical/engineering support services; (iii) the possible completion of the related ten-year service and supply chain service; [4] Lot 4 concerns a Framework Agreement through which the following will be acquired: the supply of VDF systems; (ii) the possible execution of the related technical/engineering support services; (iii) the possible completion of the related ten-year service and supply chain service. The contractual validity of the Framework Agreement, for each Lot, has a duration of 60 months.
