Rental of licences for the use of Protok software for managing the digital cadastre of infrastructure for rent and rental of mobile applications
For the needs of managing the operational cadastre of infrastructure facilities of the GJS drinking water supply and the discharge and treatment of waste urban and meteoric water, the client has a digital cadastre in place, which has been supplemented since 2004 by establishing the rental of various modules. The digital cadastre includes the installation of software on its own server, including a database of spatially located data, which enables it to keep records of GJS in electronic form and includes both graphic and data data. On the basis of records, the contracting authority carries out analyses and produces reports and printouts of infrastructure for various needs: reporting to owners - municipalities, reporting to state institutions, issuing project conditions and opinions and consents, etc. Modules that are the subject of the contract: General modules: ⃝ Viewer. Longitudinal profile. ⃝ Digital relief model. Export of spatial data. Record of addresses. ◇ Online elementary viewer. Modules for managing the digital cadastre of municipal infrastructure: Basic (geodetic module) — plumbing. ⃝ Record of defects – plumbing. Manipulation with closures. Auxiliary hydraulic description of the facilities. ⃝ Loss control. Link to the SCADA supervisory management system. ✓ Hydrants. Reporting service: MOP report on achieved standards of equipment for municipalities – water supply. Reporting service: IJS public service report – water supply. ⃝ GIJ reporting* - plumbing. Basic (geodetic module) – sewerage. Record of sewer cleaning. GJI reporting* - sewerage. Record of sewer failures/problems. Reporting service: MOP report on achieved standards of equipment for municipalities – sewerage. Reporting service: IJS public service report – sewerage. Record of septic tanks/sewage connections. In addition to the rental of the licences ‘GJI reporting – water supply’ and ‘GJI reporting – sewerage’, the contracting authority orders a declaration from an authorised geodesy engineer on each submission of papers for the entry of facilities in the collective cadastre of commercial public infrastructure and the submission of applications for entry in the ZK GJI itself. The contract also includes software (modules), the rental price of which depends on the size of the utility infrastructure and the number of addresses (1000 km of water supply/400 km/15,000 addresses): Connection to the business information system.
