Description

Order group formed between the City of Troyes, Troyes Champagne Métropole (TCM) and the CMAS of Troyes, in accordance with the provisions of articles L.2113-6 and L.2113-7 of the Code de la Commande Publique (CCP). The City of Troyes is the coordinator of the grouping. Each member of the group, as far as he is concerned, will implement the framework agreement on his own behalf. This framework agreement concerns the purchase of professional catering and laundry equipment (heating oven, cold room, stove, dishwasher, gas hob, washing machine and dryer, etc.) for the City of Troyes, the Municipal Social Action Centre (CMAS) of Troyes and Troyes Champagne Métropole (TCM). This is only the re-launch of Lot 1 Professional kitchen catering equipment declared unresponsive by Decision D2026/0060 due to the redefinition of the need and the modification of the consultation documents before reopening of competition. Lot 2 was awarded during the previous consultation. Estimated date of notification of Lot 1: October 2026. Single successful tenderer framework agreement with order forms without a minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount for each member of the group: - Lot 1 Catering equipment for professional kitchens (maximum annual amount: City of Troyes 500 000 HT / TCM 80 000 HT / CMAS 50 000 HT) - Lot 2 Professional laundry equipment (Maximum annual amount: City of Troyes 50,000 HT / TCM 20,000 HT / CMAS 10,000 HT). Mandatory site visit to be able to respond to the simulation used to judge the offers (refer to Article 3.7 of the consultation rules).
