Description

El objeto del presente contrato consiste en regular el suministro de gas natural para los distintos puntos de consumo del Ayuntamiento de San Martín de la Vega, que figuran en el Anexo I del PPT, en las condiciones más favorables, sin que su cuantía total se defina con exactitud al tiempo de celebrar el contrato. En concreto se trata de 18 puntos de suministro, distribuidos por las tarifas señaladas en las cláusulas 2.1 del PCAP y 1 del PPT. Las características específicas del suministro, así como las condiciones en que ha de realizarse, vienen determinadas en el PPT.
