Description

Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind Planungs- und Bauüberwachungsleistungen für die Umgestaltung der Bahnhofstraße in Hattingen-Mitte. Die Bahnhofstraße ist eine Büro-, Geschäfts- und Wohnstraße und ist geprägt von der gründerzeitlichen Bebauung. Das Amtsgericht, mehrere Rechtsanwaltskanzleien, städtische Verwaltungsgebäude, eine Schule, eine Kindertagesstätte und eine Kirche sind heutige Anlieger. Die Ziele der Umgestaltung sind eine funktionale Neuordnung des Straßenraums und die Förderung des Rad- und Fußgängerverkehrs. Umgestaltet werden die Straße, Straßennebenflächen (Stellplätze), Gehwege sowie angrenzende Freiflächen und Pflanz- und Baumbeete. Die Baukosten betragen insgesamt ca. 2,9 Mio. Euro brutto.
