la présente consultation a pour objet la conclusion par le Resah agissant en tant que centrale d'achat au titre de l'article L. 2113-2, 2° du Code (mode " intermédiaire "), d'un accord-cadre ayant pour objet l'acquisition de lasers chirurgicaux et la mise en oeuvre de prestations associées. Pour chacun des lots, la description technique des fournitures et prestations est détaillée dans le cahier des clauses techniques particulières (Cctp).
