Description

AAB Kolding, Section 22, is substantially renovating a total of 140 dwellings in the form of one-plan terraced houses.
The caves are built in four stages:
— Stages 1 to 3, which were built in 1977, 1978 and 1979, consist of a total of 121 dwellings and are of the type ‘Danalea’ with a light back wall of particle board.
— Stage 4, built in 1993, consists of a total of 19 dwellings.
The renovation consists of the replacement of roofing coatings throughout the building. Complete renewal of bathrooms in 121 dwellings by installing new prefabricated bathrooms provided by developers. Replacement of windows and doors in 19 dwellings. Outdoor areas are renovated and upgraded with, inter alia, new lighting, new asphalt coatings, installation of waste mologists, etc., complete renovation of the water and sewerage system, including partial construction of drainage lines. Trefor Varme (district heating supplier) replaces district heating lines in parallel as an integral part of the execution.
The project is implemented with the support of the National Building Fund and with the approval of the Municipality of Kolding.
