Newly built bedding house - construction logistics
Klinikum Solingen plans to build a new bedhouse with a new kitchen in the west of the property. In order to link the new building functionally to the existing house E and house F, the existing house G will be dismantled and security measures implemented on the existing building (e.g. foundations, facade, etc.). The new building of the bed house is planned as an angular orthogonal building with 7 upper floors (U01-E05) and a technical floor (U02) as an extension of the existing hospital. A new kitchen is docked to the west of the bedhouse as a single-storey building. The new building connects in the east to the existing house E, in the south to the house F. Here, the existing site drops from the north (entrance ZNA / U01) to the south (access house F / U02) around one floor (about 4.25m). In the technical centres (U02) lower sub-areas are trained (elevator underpasses, air ducts; Deep cellar). In addition, the staircase 3 / elevators are then led down to house F to level U03. The subject of this invitation to tender is operational construction logistics, which are advertised as a service contract in accordance with the rules of the VgV.
