Description

The contract consists of the supply and delivery of fresh meat for slaughter. The name "meat for slaughter" or "Meat other than poultry" includes: beef, veal, lamb, horse meat, fresh pork (not cold cuts) and other meats such as kid meat) correspond to the concept of "red meat". These foodstuffs are mainly intended for the supply of the central kitchen serving children attending school in the city and leisure centres (approximately 5,600 meals/school day, 2,400 meals/day on Wednesdays and 1,700 during school holidays) as well as municipal crèches.
