3.1. The subject-matter of the contract is the preparation of the design (design documentation covering the construction and implementation design) for the construction of:
Water supply network and connections in Swarzędz as part of investment project No 3-07-17-078-1 “Swarzędz – water supply network in ul. Platinum’, together with the obtaining of a final decision of the construction permit and the exercise of copyright supervision during the execution phase of the works carried out on the basis of the documentation which is the subject of the contract, from the date of conclusion of the contract with the Contractor of the construction works until the signature of the final acceptance protocol for those works.
