Description

Jenaer Bäder u. Freizeit GmbH intends to comprehensively modernize the GalaxSea leisure pool at the Rudolstädter Straße 37 location in 07745 Jena and, in particular, to renovate it energetically. In the course of the energy-efficient renovation, the uninsulated slides are to be replaced by a new facility, the outdoor pool is to be converted and enclosed, and the former sports pool is to be climatically separated from the children's and adventure area. Likewise, the water surfaces are to be reduced, the different water circuits separated from each other and the indoor and outdoor saunas modernized. The accessibility of the leisure pool is to be ensured by two lifts. The wellness area on the upper floor is to be converted into a staff area with changing rooms, showers, lounge and office workstations. The new HR department is intended to meet current workplace requirements and enable employees to work under modern working conditions. The former swimming and teaching pool will be redesigned into a diving/jumping pool and a new children's area with a spray park and a dry playground. The former children's paddling pool is being rebuilt with a smaller water surface with different water depths. The building technology is to be renewed, expanded and adapted to the changed needs of the bathroom.
