Description

The contract concerns:
— the production and execution of a communication medium entitled ‘Information letter’ (lot 1), published by the conurbation community of Val de Bièvre. This medium of 20, 24 or 28 pages (dimension 297 x 190) is printed in four colours and distributed to all inhabitants of the agglomeration (indicatively 4 issues per year).
— the production and execution of the annual activity report (lot 2), published by the conurbation community of Val de Bièvre. This medium in A4 format, 48, 52 or 56 pages shall be printed in four colours.
Contract awarded in accordance with the adapted procedure in accordance with the provisions of Article 28-I of the Public Procurement Code. Contract subject to the provisions of Article 77 of the Public Procurement Code relating to order forms contracts. Order form contract with a maximum of one economic operator. The contract is divided into two lots:
— production and execution of a communication medium entitled ‘Information letter’. Annual maximum amount: EUR 65 000 EXCLUDING TAX,
— production and implementation of the annual activity report. Annual maximum amount: EUR 20 000 EXCLUDING TAX.
The contract is concluded for an initial period of 1 year from the notification of the contract. The contract may be renewed for a period of 1 year.
