Description

This consultation concerns the transport of children and young people related to activities organized by Sicoval and includes 2 lots. Lot 1: Transport of children on Wednesdays during school periods at the time of leaving school from schools to leisure centres within the territory of Sicoval Lot 2: Transportation of children and / or young people during outings (department or outside department), related to activities organized by ALSH, youth spaces, CLAS every day (including school holidays) except Wednesday noon of the school period. Each lot will be awarded separately. For Lot 1, this is an ordinary contract at unit prices. For Lot 2, the framework agreement with minimum and maximum is concluded pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-12 of the Public Order Code. The total amount of the services for the duration of Lot 1 shall be at least EUR 80 000.00 excluding VAT and at most EUR 500 000.00 excluding VAT. The framework agreement will be awarded to a maximum of 3 economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of tenders). It will result in the conclusion of subsequent contracts.
