Description

Zakres rzeczowy przedmiotu zamówienia
Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi z zakresu gospodarki leśnej zgodnie z określeniem w art. 6 ust. 1 pkt. 1 ustawy z dnia 28 września 1991 r. o lasach (tekst jedn.: Dz. U. z 2022 r. poz. 672 z późn. zm. – „Ustawa o lasach”)obejmujące wykonanie usług z zakresu pozyskania i zrywki drewna tzw. „klęskowego”, tzn. wywrotów i złomów w leśnictwach Brwice, Witniczka).
Zamówienie powstało w celu zapewnienia ciągłości prac związanych z usuwaniem lokalnej klęski powstałej wskutek, silnie wiejących, huraganowych wiatrów, które miały miejsce w lutym 2022 r.
Charakterystyka i rozmiar szkód w obydwu leśnictwach są podobne.
Postępowanie prowadzone było w trybie zamówienia z wolnej ręki na podstawie art. 214 ust. 1 pkt 6 PZP oraz aktów wykonawczych do PZP.
