Le présent marché a pour objet:
– la gestion des quais de transfert de Saint-Chamond et de Saint-Etienne, incluant notamment la mise à disposition de moyens humains,
– le transfert des semi-remorques d'ordures ménagères et assimilées depuis les quais de transfert de Saint-Chamond et de Saint-Etienne jusqu'à l'installation de stockage -Isdnd-De Roche la Molière), incluant la mise à disposition des moyens humains et matériels. Forme de marché: à tranches. Attribution d'un marché unique. Prestations réparties en 3 tranches. Tranche ferme: Gestion des quais de transfert de Saint-Etienne et de Saint-Chamond Délai de la tranche ferme: (Voir rubrique Ii.2.7).
