Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of equipment with the technical parameters set out in Annexes 4a and 4b to the FTZ, hereinafter referred to as ‘equipment’, together with the installation and training of the Contracting Authority’s employees. 2. The subject-matter of this contract includes the following lots: Part 1 – OGM optical genomic mapping system (1 piece) with the technical parameters set out in Annex 4a to the FTZ; Part 2 — Automatic nucleic acid isolation system (1 piece) with the technical parameters set out in Annex 4b to the FTZ; 3. The above-mentioned equipment must meet the limit parameters specified in Annexes 4a and 4b to the FTZ, respectively. Failure to meet even one of the limit parameters specified in Annexes 4a and 4b to the FTZ, respectively, will result in the rejection of the tender. 4. The subject of the proceedings is carried out under the special-purpose grant of the Ministry of Health under the name: ‘Purchase of genetic diagnostic equipment’ in 2025, hereinafter: a ‘task’ under the multiannual programme entitled ‘National Cancer Strategy’.
