Description

The subject of the contract is the comprehensive organisation and operation of a series of open dialogue meetings with stakeholders of the Transformation Area (TA) under the name ‘On the Green Coffee Transition’ in the Transformation Area. The task is carried out as part of the ‘Transformation Area Observatory (TIA)’ project. The contracting authority provides for 18 dialogue meetings. The maximum number of people in one meeting is 30 people. The minimum number of people participating in one meeting is 25 people. The contracting authority also provides for the implementation of a minimum of 9 expert services (expert support). The subject-matter of the contract is described in the Detailed Description of the subject-matter of the contract (‘the SOPZ’), which is Annex No 1 to the FTZ, which is also Annex No 1 to the draft contract (Annex No 11 to the FTZ).
