Description

appel d'offres ouvert (articles L 2124-2, R 2144-2 et R 2161-1 et suivants du Ccp) . Cette consultation sera passée en application des articles R 2162-13 et 14 du CCP relatifs aux accords-cadres et marchés à bon de commande. Elle est soumise au CCAG Fournitures courantes et Services en vigueur (arrêté du 30 mars 2021). Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre renouvelable en raison du caractère récurrent des prestations. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre sans minimum et avec un maximum conclu avec 3 titulaires (sous réserve d'un nombre suffisant d'offres). Les marchés à bons de commande issus du présent accord seront attribués dans les conditions définies au Cahier des clauses administratives particulières (C.C.A.P.). Quantités maximales de carburants sur la durée totale de l'accord-cadre : 2 000 000 litres de carburants/4 ans (gazole, sans plomb 95 E10, sans plomb 98, sans plomb 95, superéthanol)
