Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi z zakresu gospodarki leśnej zgodnie z określeniem w art. 6 ust. 1 pkt. 1 ustawy z dnia 28 września 1991 r. o lasach (tekst jedn.: Dz. U. z 2021 r. poz. 1275 z późn. zm. – „Ustawa o lasach”) obejmujące prace z zakresu hodowli i ochrony lasu, ochrony przeciwpożarowej, pozyskania i zrywki drewna oraz turystyki i utrzymania obiektów leśnych, do wykonania na terenie leśnictwa Racza w Nadleśnictwie Ujsoły w 2022 roku.
Zakres rzeczowy przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje sumaryczne ilości prac z zakresu pozyskania i zrywki drewna, hodowli i ochrony lasu, ochrony przeciwpożarowej, turystyki i utrzymania obiektów leśnych wynikające z Zał. nr 3 do SWZ określającego: 1) rozmiar prac według grup czynności, czynności i lokalizacji, 2) układ sortymentowy pozyskania drewna; 3) zestawienie odległości i warunków zrywki drewna; 4) zestawienie pozycji nieudostępnionych dla pozyskania maszynowego; 5) informacja o stosowaniu możliwych technologii pozyskania drewna.
