The subject of this public procurement includes services for carrying out a survey of SNP-genotyping for the needs of MP22 and MP24 in implementation of project BG-RRP-2.004-0004-C01: ‘Strategic Research and Innovation Programme for the Development of the Medical University of Sofia’, funded by the NRRP. The estimated quantity of tests needed to be carried out and the minimum technical requirements are detailed in the Technical Specification to the documentation. Wherever the Technical Specification and/or any other procedural document contain a specific model, source or process characterising the products offered by a specific potential contractor, as well as a trade mark, patent, type or specific origin or production which would favour or eliminate certain persons or certain products, it shall read "or equivalent". Quantities are estimated and do not commit the contracting authority to assign them in maximum volume. In the case of provision of an equivalent, the Participant shall demonstrate by appropriate means that the solutions proposed meet in an equivalent manner the requirements set out in the technical specification.
