Description

In order to equip various bus and train stops in the state of Baden-Württemberg and neighbouring regions, the contracting authorities intend to conclude a framework contract for the supply, installation, commissioning and operation of Dynamic Passenger Information Indicators (DFIs). The invitation to tender shall consist of two (2) lots. The planned acceptance within the framework contract is about 0 to 450 DFI light indicators with a planned acceptance of 81 in lot 1 and about 0 to 100 TFT indicators with a planned acceptance of 12 in lot 2 (non-binding estimate). However, acceptance is not guaranteed. Tenders may be submitted for one or two lots. A separate tender must be submitted for each lot, together with all the declarations and documents required. The contracting authority reserves the right to issue the surcharges in batches. The calls are made by the individual clients in their own name and for their own account. TRAPICO carries out the procurement procedure as a contracting entity.
