Contract de furnizare, «Imprimante și multifuncționale A4 și A3» pe loturi cu valoarea estimată totală a achiziţiei: 857.141,00 lei fără TVA, respectiv: LOT I Multifunctionale A4 și Imprimante A4: valoare estimata totală 579.831,00 lei fără TVA; I.1 - Multifuncționale A4 - 30 buc.: valoare estimata totală 327.731,00 lei fără TVA; I.2 - Imprimante laser A4 - 30 buc.: valoare estimata totală 252.100,00 lei fără TVA; LOT II Imprimante A3 - 10 buc.: valoare estimata totală 151.260,00 lei fără TVA; LOT III Imprimante laser A4 ghiseu - 30 buc.: valoare estimata totală 126.050,00 lei fără TVA; Raspunsul autoritatii contractante la solicitarile de clarificari va fi transmis cu 10 zile inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunere a ofertelor. Orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificari cu 15 zile inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Se vor respecta prevederile art. 160 din Legea 98/2016, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare si ale art. 27 din HG 395/2016, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare.
