In the past, the site was not considered comprehensively, so it was not possible to obtain data for a reliable assessment of pollution. As a conclusion to the review, IZVO-R d.o.o. submitted in its reports proposals for additional research, the implementation of which is necessary to determine the parameter and the extent of pollution, as well as the preparation of expert bases with which it will be possible to determine the right methods of remediation, and an appropriate plan for the rehabilitation of the area of Stara Cinkarna. Only on this basis will it be possible to create a set of technically, environmentally and economically optimal concept of remediation and rehabilitation of the area, which will constitute the basis for the selection of the most appropriate variant of the intended method of carrying out works - the creation of a conceptual project (IDP). The IDP will constitute the basis for the preparation of further project documentation and for obtaining a building permit for the implementation of remedial measures on the contaminated site. Within the framework of this public contract, the selected contractor will also produce project documentation in accordance with the Rules on project and other documentation and forms in the construction of buildings (Official Gazette of the RS, No. 30/23) and the Rules of the profession for the preparation of project documentation - Volume 0 General provisions, IZS, December 2024. The solutions must comply with the applicable construction and spatial legislation.
