The Buchsee day school has been growing continuously since 2018 and currently looks after 258 children. The existing premises clearly fall short of the cantonal requirements. On peak days, up to 194 children are cared for in non-functional rooms, which leads to organizational and educational restrictions. In order to meet immediate needs, a modular temporary construction for 60 to 80 children is to be realized by the summer of 2026.
