Predmet javnega razpisa po odprtem postopku s sklenitvijo okvirnega sporazuma z odpiranjem konkurence je »Sukcesivna izvedba gradbeno-vzdrževalnih del« z rokom začetka del po pravnomočnosti oddaje predmetnega javnega naročila za obdobje 2019-2022 po sklopih:
1. SKLOP: ZEMELJSKO GRADBENA DELA
2. SKLOP: TESARSKA DELA
3. SKLOP: KOVINARSKA DELA
4. SKLOP: ELEKTRO DELA
5. SKLOP: VRTNARSKO GOZDARSKA DELA.
Opis predmeta oddaje tega javnega naročila je podrobno opredeljen v poglavju IX. Značilnosti in opis predmeta javnega naročila in iz tehnične dokumentacije, ki je sestavni del razpisne dokumentacije.
Predmet javnega naročila je izbira izvajalca za »Sukcesivna izvedba gradbeno-vzdrževalnih del« za obdobje 2019-2022 v skladu s specifikacijo, ki je priloga in sestavni del te razpisne dokumentacije.
Ponudnik mora ponuditi vse artikle sklopa/ov, za katerega oddaja ponudbo. V primeru, da ponudnik ne ponudi vseh artiklov sklopa, bo izločen iz nadaljnje obravnave oddaje predmetnega ja
