Description

The subject of the contract is the purchase and supply of goods – 3 new universal tractor carriers with municipal equipment; 2 new mower arms, 2 new front trench mulchers, 2 new front underwater mowers, 1 front-carrying two-arm mower (main arm, underwater mower) – these are attachments for a universal tractor carrier. Supplied goods must comply with European and Slovak technical standards and requirements for registration of tractors and attachments in the Slovak Republic for road traffic and obtaining a permit for operation and insurance. For all equipment supplied, including the tractor, we require accompanying documentation - operator's manual, service book, service documentation, registration certificate of part II of the tractor carrier, technical certificates of separate technical units. The subject-matter of the contract includes the training of the seller's handling of the subject-matter of the contract at the place of delivery, including the delivery of written documentation belonging to the subject-matter of the contract (handover and acceptance protocol, record of the operator's training, service book, operating and maintenance instructions, warranty card, registration certificates Part II. for carriers, technical certificates for superstructures and other documentation resulting from Annex 3 to the contract necessary at the time of handover of the subject-matter of this contract for entry in the registration certificate - Part II, in accordance with the applicable legislation, in particular Act No 106/2018 on the operation of vehicles in road traffic, as amended, and Act No 8/2009 on road traffic, as amended) on the date of delivery or on the date specified by the buyer.
