Description

Opmaak en uitwerking van een (globale) visie over de ontwikkeling van het deelgebied 't Laar naar aanleiding van rioleringswerken en herinrichtingswerken van de Volkaertlei.
Het gemeentebestuur wenst een visie te ontwikkelen voor de hele omgeving, waarbij de herinrichting van de Volkaertslei centraal staat. Deze herinrichting dient een harmonieus geheel te creëren voor de gehele wijk/omgeving, waarbij alle verschillende functie naadloos met elkaar verweven worden, maar ook zelf tot hun recht komen en zelfs benadrukken.
Dit project zal een belangrijke impact hebben op de omgeving en dus op alle betrokken actoren. De slaagkansen worden dan ook sterk beïnvloed door de aandacht voor bevraging van en communicatie met bewoners, verenigingen, middenstand, enz. (i.e. informatieverzameling, inspraak, samenspraak, informatieoverdracht,...). Daarom dient gedurende het ganse project i.s.m. de gemeente initiatieven te worden genomen om de betrokkenheid en het draagvlak te vergroten. Naast het ontwikkelen van een visie dient er dus ook een behoefte- en informatieonderzoek te worden begeleid en een communicatieplan te worden opgesteld en uitgevoerd.
