Description

The subject of the prohibitions is the purchase of a lorry of category N3G with propulsion complying with the conditions of Law No 214/2021Z. Z. on the promotion of clean road transport vehicles, as specified (Annex 1 to the tender specifications). Requirements of the contracting authority: The price of the subject of the contract will include transport costs to the place of performance, including unloading and all related costs related to the performance of the subject of the contract. The parameters specified in the technical specification of the subject of the contract are listed as a minimum standard for the required goods. The subject of the contract must be delivered in accordance with the relevant legislative regulations and applicable technical standards.
