Description

The subject of the contract is to repair the interior protective surface in 29 steel tanks. The repair consists of preparing the steel surface before painting with steel grinding to grade Sa 2,5, the need to cover the technology:
— nozzle for removing pogum with a high pressure water beam;
— repair of damaged welds. Repair of welds – processing and submission of weld documentation by the supplier in accordance with ČEZ_SD_0020, as amended;
— the meltdown of deep-damaged sites,
—band coatings of a resistant medium of the container (diluted acids and liquors, demilk, raw water) to remove pores and increase the minimum thickness;
spark test for absence of pores in colour,
— measurement of the thickness with ultrasound to check the thickness of the coating,
— waste disposal (rails, old coatings, corrosion products, etc.),
— cleaning after completion.
